We hope you love your new items purchased from careAboo!  If your order is not quite right, we DO accept returns within 30 days of purchase, if the item is unused, and unwashed.
 
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
 
 
RETURNS:
• You may send your merchandise back for a Return to the address listed above.  We will process all funds back to your credit card, less shipping costs. We do not refund your original shipping cost. Your refund will be processed within 2-3 weeks from when you send it back to us.
• To Return, please put your items in any shipping bag, or box you would like.
• You may use ANY shipping method when sending your merchandise back to the address above. You are responsible for the return postage.
• Send back a copy of the packing slip you received with your order. Indicate what you are sending back and why.
• Most items have our original careAboo packaging, and hangtags on them.
 

RE-ORDER:
If your order was not quite right, follow the instructions below.
• Please reorder online and treat your unwanted items as a return.
• On your new order, at the bottom of the “Check Out” page, is a "Comments" section. 
• Write “Reorder” and your previous order number.  Example: “Reorder 12345”
• We will process a shipping refund on the new order that was placed. (Not valid for express shipping).
 
CAREABOO POLICIES:
CareAboo will exchange any item deemed defective (manufacturing defect) within 14 days of purchase when accompanied with an original receipt.  CareAboo uses the finest quality materials available, however, we are not liable for any damage deemed as not normal wear and tear. The returns policy applies to online purchases only.
 
SHIPPING METHODS & TIMES:  
We ship Monday – Friday, via United States Postal Service (USPS).  You will receive an email when your item is shipped with the tracking number. We do not ship on Federal Holidays or weekends.  Most orders will ship within 1-2 BUSINESS days.  Selecting an expedited shipping method does not speed up the fulfillment process of 1-2 days, it is simply a shipping method.  Once the order is shipped, your order will arrive to your destination in the time frame specified by the shipping method selected.  For example, you may place an order on Friday evening, and select USPS Express as your shipping method.  Since most orders are shipped within 1-2 BUSINESS days, your order would ship by the following Tuesday.  This means you would receive your order on the following Wednesday.
 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:   There may be duties and taxes imposed on your order that aren't reflected in our prices. Check with your local Customs office for those charges. In addition, some countries may charge an additional handling fee for delivery within that country. CareAboo is not responsible for any of these charges. The shipping charge only covers the shipping.
 
PRICE CHANGES, DISCOUNTS, "ON SALE" ITEMS:
Free shipping promotions are for US shipping only. Canada and International Shipping excluded.
You may enter in only one discount code per order. CareAboo will offer a credit, for the difference in price of any merchandise that was purchased at a higher value if that merchandise is now on sale, or lower in price for up to seven (7) days from the original date of purchase.  You must email orders@careaboo.com with your order # to request your credit.  Refund credits will be processed in the next 10 business days.
